To open an account with Nagabajee, accurate and complete information must be provided. Nagabajee reserves the right to close any account and forfeit its balance if registration was completed using false information.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Your username and password must be kept strictly confidential.
• You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification & Legal Eligibility

Nagabajee is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Opening an account as a minor is completely prohibited and constitutes a violation of the law.

• Users must be 18 or older at the time of registration.
• Nagabajee may request proof of age at any time.
• Withdrawal processing may be on hold until age verification is complete.
• Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

4 Betting Rules & Regulations

Placing bets on Nagabajee is subject to specific rules that ensure every game remains fair and transparent.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• All bets must comply with the minimum and maximum stake limits set for each market.
• Odds on live bets may change due to server delays.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If a bet is placed at an odds value outside the designated range due to a system error, Nagabajee reserves the right to void that bet.

5 Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Nagabajee supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are encrypted and secure.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted.
• Payments from third parties are not accepted.

6 Bonus & Promotional Offers

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Cheating or harassing other users.
• Operating an account for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Unauthorized use of Nagabajee's brand or logo.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Nagabajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the terms and conditions is established.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• If suspicious financial activity is identified.
• At the user's own request.

In the event of permanent closure, any valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
